The seal is breaking
In a world split between Kuzur, the Broken World, and Ashurin, the Immortal Realm, the gods called Ancients were sealed away a thousand years ago to hide the world's power from a thing that eats it. The seal is failing. The sky is cracking.
Thrain, the last of a hunted giant bloodline, finds Fen, a white-haired child who becomes a great black wolf. Pursued across two worlds by the agents of a corrupted Ancient, they race towards the Edge of the World and a choice with no safe answer: let reality collapse, or release the gods and call the Hunger home.
